Where are you located? What are your office hours?

Our clinic is on 2909 King Street, Suite A, in Jonesboro, AR. That is the small dead-end street across from Chick-fil-A by the Turtle Creek Mall.

Stan also practices in Pensacola, FL. That office is at 3000 Langley Avenue, No. 402, in Pensacola.

If you call, please leave a voicemail. We will respond to any message within 24 hours, typically within a few hours.

Do you accept insurance? What forms of payment do you accept?

Yes, we accept some insurances. Currently, we are providers for Blue Cross and Blue Shield, which includes several forms and various names of insurance companies under the BCBS umbrella, Qualchoice of Arkansas, and Ambetter. In some cases, we are in-network with United Healthcare.

We also accept Medicare at both the Arkansas and Florida offices. However, the only Medicare “replacement plan” that we take is Allwell. We do not accept other plans, such as Humana or Wellcare.

Please contact your insurance company to determine if you have mental health coverage, have a deductible and whether you have met the deductible, and if you have a copay. You can also decide whether we are an in-network provider.

If we are out of network with your insurance, we can provide a “Superbill” form that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

We accept checks, cash, and major credit cards and debit cards plus HSA or health savings account cards.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you provide 24 hours’ notice if possible before missing an appointment. We understand that life happens, and that’s not always possible.

We will forgive your first late cancellation. After that, we charge you the cost of the session.

Do you offer telehealth services?

Yes, we offer telehealth services. Telehealth typically works best if you can use a computer for the sessions, but a smartphone, an Android, or iPhone will also work. Typically, we will email you a link to connect for the session.

Why should I choose you for counseling?

Experience matters. We are all seasoned, experienced therapists who have worked with literally thousands of clients in our careers. We understand the process and what it takes to make progress. If you are serious about changing your life and making progress, then we are your choice.
